Post-jam update!

This is the first post-jam update for the game! Based on the feedback during the jam, I've made some changes:
- Controls are a bit more responsive in menus
- Updated credits
- Shifted stages 2 and 3, since stage 3 was easier
- Increased hitbox for the hook and the size of the dots
- If the player hits a dot too close, the rope gets a little longer
- Added parallax background
- Added some sound effects (the "NOOOO" is still there, don't worry!)
- Added some touch controls, to prepare for a future android release
- Code is much more organized, some functions were optimized
I'm also adding the source files for this version, in case it helps anyone. The game is still in development though, so this is just the beginning!
